Here I have never rented from you before. What should I do?

If you would like to inquire about renting for a new production, please email info@NeonCity.com to request our rental agreement and get set up with us!

Is your entire inventory online?

We strive to keep our website up to date, but we continually add items to our inventory so occasionally you may find some new items if you visit us in person! Please check our New Products section often to see the latest additions.

Can I place items on hold through your website?

No -but you can shop and reserve our products using a shopping cart similar to Air BnB. Once you select the duration of the rental items, you can submit your order to us and we’ll provide an invoice. Once a PO has been issued for your order, it will be secured.

Not so tech savvy or have a special circumstance? Give us a call and we’ll sort it out!

How long can I rent or hold items for?

So long as your rental period has been agreed upon prior to your rental it’s yours. Please be aware though, that our products are in high-demand, and items not returned in time will impact the next production and result in an additional week rental charge.

Can I make modifications to a rental item?

Rental items may not be modified in any way unless previously discussed with us! Permission may be granted if it improves upon the design or the value of the rented item. Any rented items that have been altered without our permission will be subject to damage, labour or full replacement costs.

What happens if I damage or lose all or part of the rental item?
